Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the choice you have made for any reason we will be happy to refund, credit or exchange, provided the product is returned within 28 days of dispatch.

Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

Please include a copy of the invoice number which can be found at the top right hand corner of you invoice with all returns and also you full name and address. If you wish to exchange the item please state which item you would like to exchange the returned item for or contact us for further details.

We do not offer refunds or credits for items which have been used or where the original packaging is damaged unless the item is faulty.

We will refund the value of the item less any discounts given on the full order original order (please note: we do not refund any postage charges you may incur).

Refunds are made by the original payment method and as we do not store your card details if you’re original payment was by card either online or by phone we will need to contact you by phone to make any refund due. With this in mind please include a day time contact number so we can call you for your card details. (PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CARD DETAILS WITH YOUR RETURN OR VIA EMAIL!)

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

If part of any offer is returned the free or discounted items included in the offer must also be returned or they will be charged for at the full RRP price and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend that a Free certificate of postage is obtained from the Post Office when returning goods (please be aware that this will only cover your return up to the value of £34.00 and advise you take additional insurance for goods over this amount).

Natural-E Co. will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post when being returned to us.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000:
All orders placed over the phone or internet are subject to the laws regarding distance selling where by we must allow you to cancel and return your order to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (If only part of the order is to be cancelled and postage charge has been made then only a partial refund for postage will be refunded). If you wish to cancel your order under the distance selling guide lines please contact us within 7 days of receiving them and state ‘Contract Cancellation’, your invoice number and name and address. Items must then be returned to us in unused, resalable condition in the original packaging with in 7 days and return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
